Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is one of the largest and most important airports in the Midwest. Despite lacking a major legacy airline hub of its own, many carriers operate nonstop services to and from Cleveland Hopkins International, connecting it to destinations all across the United States. A facility which has long been the key gateway for travel to most of Northern Ohio, the airport has only continued to grow over the past few decades, with the market share of multiple new airlines. Despite some carriers reducing service to the facility, the airport terminal remains chronically congested.
