Much has changed in the 20 years since 2004. Among many other developments, the number of flights by all aircraft types has risen by 40%. Inevitably and obviously, passenger service on the Boeing 747, 757, and 767 has reduced enormously, replaced by significantly more fuel-efficient alternatives.
