Low-cost airlines cop a lot of flak regarding operational performance, often because they don't have the resources and spare aircraft that a legacy airline can call on when disruptions wreck schedules. Canada's Flair Airlines has found its own solutions to that dilemma and, in 2023, recorded the best completion rate of all Canadian airlines.
