Delta Is Buying 15% Of Canada’s WestJet For $330 Million

US legacy carrier Delta Air Lines has agreed to pay $330 million to acquire a 15% stake in Canadian airline WestJet. This marks the latest development in the SkyTeam member’s ongoing partnership with the airline, which dates back more than 14 years to the start of 2011.
