Belgium may be famous for its beer, Tintin comics, and for being divided between its Dutch-speaking and French-speaking halves, but it also boasts an aviation industry stretching back more than 100 years. In 2002, Brussels Airlines replaced the collapsed Sabena as the national carrier of Belgium. Today, the small airline connects Belgium with the rest of Europe and beyond.
