China Airlines Becomes The Boeing 777X’s 14th Named Customer

Boeing has confirmed that China Airlines ordered up to 23 777X aircraft, including ten 777-9 and four 777-8 aircraft, with options for five and four more aircraft of the type, respectively. The plane maker had added the carrier’s order to its backlog in March, assigning it to an unidentified customer.
