Cathay to shift 747 cargo operations from Wellcamp to Brisbane

Starting on 17 June, the flights will shift to Brisbane to “streamline operations” in a shared service with Sydney and Melbourne. The 747-8F has a cargo uplift of 135 tonnes per flight, complementing Cathay’s existing cargo capacity in passenger aircraft.
