In a damning report, the ATSB said complaints were received by CASA against Broome Aviation from both pilots and a passenger, one of which stated the mentality the owner and manager wasn’t “conducive to safe aviation practices”.
The 767 was retired from passenger duty in 2014 but the Flying Kangaroo kept one to fly freight services. It comes as the airline begins its biggest overhaul of its domestic, international and cargo aircraft in a generation.
