Vodafone Idea taps Cisco to upgrade backhaul network with MPLS

Indian telco Vodafone Idea (Vi) said on Thursday it has signed a deal with Cisco to deploy an MPLS transport solution in its 4G/5G backhaul network to improve network agility, scalability and operational efficiency.
