Former Student Pilots Sue United Airlines’ Aviate Academy Over Fraud Allegations

Many students who were enrolled at United Aviate Academy of United Airlines and hoping to land a job with the carrier are now suing the company for falsely representing the conditions of the training facility. Overall, 29 former students from states including Florida, Texas, California, Colorado, Nevada, and Connecticut are covered by the federal lawsuit.
