Virgin Australia is set to pay out hundreds of thousands of dollars to customers after a repricing error caused thousands of passengers to be overcharged when booking flights with the carrier over a five-year period. The system error caused guests to be hit with charges that didn’t align with its policies, with the airline having committed to paying these back to customers who actively lodge a claim.
