The consequences of a recent physical fight between two on-duty air traffic control staff at the tower of Reagan National Airport in Washington, D.C., have now surfaced. Three ATC managers have been replaced following the incident, amid several changes that have been implemented at the airport due to the fatal mid-air collision in January.
