For American plane maker Boeing, the aircraft with the most hours under its belt has been flying in the sky for more than 149,600 flight hours. While this is a cargo jet for Asiana Airlines (HL7413), the highest aircraft for passenger operations belongs to Delta Air Lines, with N171DN surpassing 145,622 hours.
