Since Concorde’s demise, manufacturers have pursued reviving commercial supersonic flight. The National Aeronautics and Astronautics Administration (NASA) contributes through various research and development channels, including the Quesst mission. NASA has established a team of aeronautical experts, including engineers and researchers, to collect specific data that could make commercial supersonic flight over land possible. In addition to flying at speeds greater than sound, the ability to fly supersonic over land can significantly reduce travel time.
