Currently, Boeing has four families of commercial aircraft in production: the Boeing 737, Boeing 767, Boeing 787, and the Boeing 777. Of these, the Boeing 767 is set to be the next aircraft to go out of production. The Boeing 787 Dreamliner was built as a replacement for the Boeing 767. However, new-build 767s continue to be produced as freighters and have also been adopted as the KC-46A Pegasus aerial refueling tanker. The best days of the 767’s production are now behind it, but how many more will be produced?
