Southwest Airlines Confirms “Restructuring” Of Workforce At 4 Airports

Southwest Airlines plans to restructure its workforce at four airports due to overstaffing, according to a report by WFAA. This move is part of the airline’s cost-cutting efforts in response to pressure from Elliott Investment Management, which now owns at least 10% of the low-cost airline.
