The project to build a new station at Elland in Calerdale, West Yorkshire has made significant progress with the announcement of a contractor for the final stage of development work.
Network Rail has warned passengers of disruption to train services through the Huddersfield station area as it carried out engineering works from Friday 29 March to Sunday 7 April.
