American Airlines had to deal with another instance of unruly passenger behavior recently on one of its regional services from Savannah, Georgia, to Miami, Florida. The traveler physically assaulted a flight attendant and caused problems for fellow passengers, eventually forcing the flight to divert back to its airport of origin.

Back on March 8th we reported that American Airlines was ‘double catering’ its flights to London Heathrow – meaning that flights heading to the UK capital would carry meals for passengers on the flight returning to the states. It’s not standard practice given most airlines contract a caterer at a major airport like Heathrow to handle meals. And so, after about 2 months, the oneworld alliance member has finally resolved its catering issues at the London area airport.
