The Airbus A330-900, often also referred to as the A330neo, is the latest aircraft in the European manufacturer’s successful A330 family. The A330-900 was first unveiled at the Farnborough Airshow in July 2014, with Airbus highlighting a 14% better fuel economy per seat compared to its predecessor, thanks in part to its newly designed engines and sharklets.
