The United Kingdom (UK) Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB) has issued a report about an incident involving a TUI Boeing 787-8, which landed in Birmingham, the UK, with below-final reserve fuel after the flight crew initiated a go-around at the diversion airport.
