What Will It Take To Fix The US Air Force Pilot Crisis?

The Mitchell Institute for Aerospace Studies on January 23 dropped a new “Policy Paper” called, “Want Combat Airpower? Then Fix the Air Force Pilot Crisis”. The report linked the human resources issues of the United States Air Force (USAF) to the current USAF fleet of fighter jets and the impending threat of losing many USAF Reserve and USAF Air National Guard units.
