Ron DeSantis is an American politician who is currently serving as the 46th Governor of the state of Florida. DeSantis was born on September 14, 1978, in Jacksonville, Florida. After growing up in both Orlando and Tampa, Florida, DeSantis studied history at Yale University. He also played for the men’s baseball team at the university. After graduating from Yale University, he attended Harvard Law School and graduated in 2005.
