Maintaining adequate separation between aircraft on the ground is just as important as in the sky. There have been several incidents in recent months in which airplanes have either collided with one another or with other objects and vehicles at airports, and one more has been added to the list at Chicago O’Hare involving planes of American Airlines and United Airlines.
