Loyal American Airlines passengers should take note that one of their Philadelphia Admirals Club failed its health inspection in August, and the public are just hearing about it now. Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), one of American Airlines’ largest bases, has been rated by many as one of the worst airports in America.
