There are currently no fighter jets that can rival the F-22 Raptor in its air superiority role (although all fighter jets can be beaten). The Raptor is specifically built as an air dominance fighter, and it is crushingly good at that role (although the jet struggles to perform other missions – unlike the F-35 Lightning II).
