Are Any Legacy Soviet Ilyushin Or Antonov Transports Still In Production?

During the Cold War, the USSR was one of the great producers of military transport aircraft. The Soviet Union even made the world’s largest military transports (the Antonov An-225 Mriya and the An-124 Ruslan – both larger than the US C-5M Galaxy). Large military transports were produced by Antonov (based in the Ukrainian SSR) and Ilyushin (based in the Russian SSR). But are any of these military transports still in production today?
