Texas Judge Rejects Boeing Plea Deal Over 737 MAX Crashes

On Thursday, a US judge rejected Boeing’s guilty plea to fraud concerning the two fatal crashes caused by the MCAS system in the then-brand-new Boeing 737 MAX aircraft. The deal was rejected because of a clause concerning diversity and inclusion.
