Sudan telecoms regulator partners with Sudatel and NGOs to Aid relief efforts

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) on Wednesday recommended that all telecoms licencees be allowed to passively and actively share all infrastructure and spectrum in the name of promoting optimum resource utilization.

Ugandan MPs have adopted a proposal for a single SIM card policy, which aims to simplify communication across the country’s networks. It also means, in theory, that mobile phone customers will not need to carry multiple SIM cards or handsets.
