The increasingly bitter dispute between Qantas subsidiary Network Aviation and its pilots shows no sign of settling any time soon, and today, it took on a more personal note. A survey completed by pilots raised concerns about fatigue risk management and expressed a vote of no confidence in the airline's Chief Pilot.
