The Boeing E-3 Sentry, an aircraft used for Airborne Warning and Control (AWACS), is a competent aircraft used by the United States Air Force and other allies. Boeing developed it and its design was based on that of the Boeing 707. With a distinctive and easily identifiable radar dome, the aircraft is capable of offering all-weather surveillance, command, control, and communication capabilities.
