Terminal 2 at London Heathrow Airport (LHR) is also known as The Queen’s Terminal, after Queen Elizabeth II. The modern facility that we know today was opened in June 2014, and is the home of all Star Alliance carriers that serve London Heathrow Airport, in addition to a number of airlines that are not members of any alliance – Aer Lingus, Eurowings, Icelandair, JetBlue, and Loganair.
