The United States Air Force has deployed B-52 Stratofortress bombers to the Middle East in a move meant to send a warning to Iran. There are reports that Iran is planning a counter-tit-for-tat strike on Israel following a large Israeli air strike that reportedly naturalized all of Iran’s remaining Russian supplied S-300 aid defense systems (leaving Iran without high-level air defense). Around 100 Israeli aircraft were used in the operation (including F-16s, F-15s, and F-35s) and there were no losses.
