Biden Administration Relaxes Rules On Sale Of Spacecraft-Related Items To US Allies

The US Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) just released a statement announcing the relaxation of space related exports to selected allies. As the United States finds itself in a new era of Great Power Competition with China, it is doubling down with cooperating with its allies – especially Australia and the United Kingdom. Simple Flying previously reported there are plans to expand the tri-national AUKUS pact into the aerospace domain.
