February 16th saw Canadian ultra-low-cost carrier Flair re-commence its seasonal services between Edmonton and Arizona, with the carrier headed for Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Last year, the airline operated at Phoenix-Mesa Airport before making the change alongside its other Canadian destinations served from the American city in October last year (Calgary and Vancouver – all seasonal).
