U Mobile has signed an MoU signed with Chinese vendor ZTE to collaborate on fast 5G deployment, with an eye on future evolution to 5G-Advanced, in the telco’s latest play to become Malaysia’s second 5G network operator.
The device, which will see use by more than 2,250 crew members for training and assessment over the next 12 months, includes 52 fully-functioning seats across Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Premier classes.
Indonesian telco Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison has signed another deal to expand its partnership with Google Cloud, this time to provide what it claims is the first sovereign and edge cloud services in Indonesia supporting AI development.
The research, led by Northrop Grumman and Sydney-based start-up Spiral Blue, will use space-based AI and “pioneering imaging” to track the currently undetectable weapons.
