HS2 has released time-lapse footage showing the 3,700-tonne deck of the Wendover Dean viaduct being moved almost half a kilometre into position.

Buckinghamshire Council has given consent to proposals by HS2 to cross the Scheduled Monument known as Grim’s Ditch in Great Missenden.

A diesel-electric shunting engine has been moved from Rocks by Rail to a new home at The Buckinghamshire Railway Centre at Quainton Road.

Additional rush hour trains will run to and from Princes Risborough from June 2nd

The work will take place around Stafford and Milton Keynes.
