Today (Tuesday 11 March), Leicester’s City Mayor Peter Soulsby, Midlands Connect and business leaders pledged their support for the proposed rail link between Coventry, Leicester and Nottingham.
Midlands Connect has outlined plans in which train services from Nuneaton to Coventry, Leicester and Birmingham could be doubled.
