Google is in talks with billionaire Mike Cannon-Brookes’ SunCable for a Northern Territory data centre that would be the tech giant’s largest in the world.
He said much of the state’s vacant industrial land, a legacy of the manufacturing boom, already had good utility access, positioning Victoria well for the data centre industry.
