Amid storms that have surrounded the metropolitan area these past few days, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) ordered its second ground stop at Phoenix-Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). According to the latest information from the FAA, delays at the city's primary airport and hub for US legacy carrier American Airlines are averaging between 15 and thirty minutes in length.
