The CAIGA Primus 150 was originally developed from the Epic LT aircraft by Epic Aircraft in the US. However, the company went bankrupt in 2010 and was bought with proprietary intellectual property rights, and as part of the deal, Epic Aircraft retains the rights for American construction and support of the aircraft.
