Tom Elliott has called for a ban on unions making donations after the recent bombshell CFMEU allegations to come to light.
The 3AW Mornings host said the CFMEU donates millions of dollars a year to the state and federal Labor governments “because it wants an easy ride from those governments and that’s exactly what has happened”.
“Follow the money, ban unions making donations, I wonder how the Labor party would go?” he said.
