MTN Nigeria plans West Africa’s largest data centre

Brazil’s giant state-owned oil and gas company Petrobras has launched a tender aimed at enhancing its data processing and storage capabilities.

Ciena said on Wednesday that digital infrastructure and technology provider Cirion Technologies will deploy its solutions on subsea and terrestrial cable routes to enable its Latin American data centres to support growing demand for cloud and AI.
