Delta Air Lines Could Pursue Legal Action If The Department Of Transportation Terminates Aeromexico Joint Venture

Delta Air Lines (DL) has said that it is prepared to take legal action against the US Department of Transportation (DOT) if the agency follows through with its January order to terminate Deltas joint venture with Aeromexico, Mexicos largest airline.
