A TransPennine Express conductor manager will be taking part in the Great North Run to raise money for the mental health charity Andy’s Man Club.

To help support Dementia UK, East Midlands Railway is offering the opportunity for enthusiasts to get a souvenir from the Greatest Gathering.

As in previous years, Birmingham New Street will be the setting for a three-course meal to vulnerable people on Christmas Eve.
