After its pandemic-induced lull, the Airbus A380 has risen to prominence again in the mid-2020s. This winter, however, it is set to be absent from some 17 route that it served in the winter 2025/26 season, with these cuts having been made by eight users. Churn is inevitable across all airlines and aircraft, but particularly with the A380, which can serve only certain routes viably due to its size.
