WestJet, Canada’s second-largest airline by fleet size and passengers carried, has cut a total of ten routes from the country’s largest city this year. Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) has lost 10 nonstop routes with WestJet, primarily due to the airline withdrawing fully from Cuba. On top of Cuba disappearing from the carrier’s route map, one route to Europe and another to the United States have been terminated.
