American Airlines could face legal scrutiny amid a lawsuit that has been filed against the company alleging inappropriate treatment of multiple passengers based on their race. On 29 May 2024, three black men filed suit against the company as they were removed from an American Airlines flight due to reasons that they say have major racial motivations.
