You would be forgiven for not having heard of the Caucasian carrier Georgian Wings (IATA code D4), which began operating last year. It is the passenger unit of the freight operator Geosky. Unusually nowadays, Georgian Wings exclusively uses the 148-seat 737-300 (ch-aviation shows that its two wet-leased ATRs have been returned). The 737-300 is an aging, noisy (exciting!), and fuel-inefficient variant, but cheap as chips to lease.
