Alstom will deliver 313 long-distance coaches for VIA Rail

The tendered service gives northern Finland 28 weekly cross-border trains and a planned December connection with Norrtåg.

The agreement secures continued joint operation of TGV Lyria high-speed services between Switzerland and France, a cooperation that has been in place for more than 45 years.
