Vital Safety Week to warn 700 schoolchildren that the railway is no playground

A record number of West Yorkshire schoolchildren are being taught about the dangers of playing on the railway and how to stay safe when travelling by train as part of Leeds Station Safety Week.
Govia Thameslink Railway (GTR) is advising passengers who plan to travel through parts of north Cambridgeshire and Norfolk to check their journeys as Network Rail will be carrying out work in the Ely area from October to mid-November.
